Store Policies & FAQ

Shipping and availability:

  • All In-Stock orders will be shipped within 10 business days from order date.
  • Shipping currently only within the EU or countries in Europe
  • Order cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order date or before shipment has been sent out.
  • Presale Items must be cancelled, before production starts.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • All physical products such as keychains and stickers can be returned within 14 days after arrival of product.

    Presale items will need to be produced first which usually takes 1-2 months, sometimes even longer after presale closes.

This shop is run by a single individual, therefore it's sadly challenging to keep every item in stock. However I will do my best to have as much inventory as possible! If you missed a sale, don't worry most items will come back after being sold out unless their marked as clearance.

Items marked as clearance will not be restocked once sold out! So that's your last chance to get ahold of them. To create High Quality products are my main priorities, thats why older/outdated illustrations might get replaced.

Items ordered during presale will gurantee you the item you want. Reminder that presale items are sold before production so these usually take up to 1-2 months after presale closes to be ready for shipment.

Cancelling/changing orders:

In case you decided otherwise or wanted to change your order you can do it before shipment has been sent out or before productions start. To do that go to contact at the bottom of the page or write an e-mail to

with your order number.


DAMAGE OR LOST DURING TRANSIT:
Due to the nature of shipping, sometimes packages get damaged or lost during shipment. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the package.

ADDRESS UPDATES/MISTAKES:
You are responsible for ensuring your address information is correct upon purchase! If you have supplied an incorrect address, you are responsible for any reshipment fees that occur!
You must notify the shop to correct any address mistakes, if you do not notify before shipment is made and the package cannot be recovered, shop owner cannot guarantee replacement.

MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS:
This shop is run by a single party, who packs all the orders themselves. Due to human error, I may make a mistake. Please let me know asap if you have missing or incorrect items in your order, and I am happy to help resolve the issue!
Photos may be requested to verify.

REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are offered on damaged products and products that don't look or work as advertised. We do not facilitate exchanges on orders since stocks are limited and might already be sold out.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and can take up to 10 buisness days to see credited.



FAQ (Frequently asked Questions):

  • What is a Pre-Order/Presale?
Pre-Orders are Products that have not been manifactured yet, these items are sold via Pre-Order Periods to help us access how many products to make and guarantees you the item without risk of missing out due to stock selling out.

Manifacturing begins after Pre-Order period closes and usually takes 1-2 months to be made. Keep in mind preorders cannot be refunded once production starts.

  • Can I order In-Stock and Pre-Order Items together?
Yes! Please be aware that your order will ship once all items are ready for shipment. We do not split your order to ship faster. If you like your in-stock order to arrive quickly you need to place seperate orders.

  • When will this item restock?
RESTOCKS ARE NOT GUARANTEED! Due to this shop being run by only one Person, products that are not received well and/or older designs get phased out.
If an Item is labeled CLEARANCE, it will not be coming back.
We do not have a set schedule yet for restocking.

  • Can I cancel a Pre-Order?
Pre-Order cancelations must be made before production starts.

  • Can I change the address on an Order/Pre-Order?
Yes you can get it changed before product has been sent out to shipment. If it's already been shipped out please contact the shipping company with your order number.
  • Can I add items to an existing order?
Yes you can cancel the order to add/remove items and reorder them later or place two seperate orders.

  • Can I split an order to be shipped to different addresses?
No you will need to place seperate orders with their respective addresses and pay the seperate shipping fees.
